Tiffany Bailey, MA, is Chief Executive Officer and President of OSC Edge.
Drawing on her nearly 20 years’ experience in the fields of technical communication, marketing, and business, Tiffany develops and implements the strategic direction and goals of OSC Edge as well as manages all day-to-day operations and functional areas of company
As CEO and President, Tiffany applies a hands-on approach to leading staff and overseeing OSC Edge’s projects. She has provided project management and programmatic guidance for IT large and small initiatives, from data migrations to operations and sustainment of large DoD organizations, such as the National Defense University and Joint Service Provider at the Pentagon.
Prior to co-founding OSC Edge, Tiffany served as a Technical Writer-Editor and Health Communications Specialist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where she co-authored and helped develop technical and policy documents. While at CDC she worked in CDC’s Joint Information Center in the Emergency Operation Center to support emergency response efforts such as the 2009 H1N1 influenza response, 2008 Salmonella Typhimurium infections outbreak, and the Haiti earthquake response. Tiffany received the Excellence in Frontline Public Health Services Award from CDC/ATSDR and CDC’s National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases for her role in developing guidance and communication toolkits during the 2009 H1N1 Pandemic response.
Tiffany regularly shares her tech knowledge and her journey as an IT entrepreneur in the Federal and DoD markets through speaking and volunteering engagements. She has been featured as a speaker and panelist at prestigious tech events including, Black Women in Tech at Google NYC, Black Tech Miami, VC in Residence, and ESSENCE Fest. In 2016 and 2017, Tiffany served as a Delegate of the Government Contractors Association mission to Seoul, South Korea, where she was a guest speaker to students at Sungshin Women’s University.
Tiffany received her Bachelors in English from the University of Georgia Honors College and her Masters from The George Washington University (where she was also an Instructor). She conducted her studies abroad at Keble College, Oxford University, UK. She is also an Alumni of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, and a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

Lee started in the IT industry in 1993 working for the Palm Beach County government in Florida. Through third-party vendors, he has provided high-end IT services to multiple Fortune 1000 companies, products, and government agencies.
Lee has extensive experience in storage administration, disaster recovery solutions, security, networking, and systems administration for government agencies, including the Department of Defense, AT&T, Cingular, SAP, Time-Warner Cable, IBM, Compellent, Georgia Technology Authority, Crawford & Company, Hitachi, Bovis-LendLease, Earthlink, and EMC..
