ANC 8(a) firms offer unmatched flexibility for federal contracting. ANC 8(a) companies are eligible to receive sole source contracts up to $100M for DOD and $25M for non-DOD without Justification and Approval. Contracts over $25M are in accordance with FAR 6.303-1 and 6.304.—meaning federal contracts of any size can be awarded directly without competition, per 13 CFR § 124.506(b). 

These sole-source awards cannot be protested, ensuring speed and certainty in the acquisition process 13 CFR § 124.517(a).

Department of Defense (DoD) prime contractors, may qualify for a 5% rebate on the total value of any subcontract awarded to an ANC 8(a) firm, authorized under 25 U.S.C. § 1544.
